  Re: Sidebar links

(...) Hmm, very few people have even *heard* of the PB4Y. What's your connection to it? The Grumman Goose is new to me, though. I think I may have seen pics of it here or there, but never gave it much thought... --Bill. (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Very nice models Mattias

I really like the pics that you posted Mattias. That color scheme looks so much better in real life than it does in MLCAD or renders. I also love the alterations/improvements that you've done - the engine nozzles fit perfectly and I love how you (...) (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) ...You're only about the 4th or 5th person to ask me for the .dats. I don't have a website so I can't post them there, so I usually just sent them out to interested parties via e-mail.   New MOC: Absolute Zero turbocycle

Hi all, Mr. Drake beat me yet again, but I prevail! Here is my Ice Planet contest turbocycle - the Absolute Zero. At 96 pieces, it falls in the category II ground vehicles section. (...) I'm not sure on the link, but WOW on the plane. Truely inspiring. The PB4Y has always been my favorite prop plane. That and the Gruman Goose. 'Hope someone can answer your question though. :) Later, Mark (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Small update on my Military Aircraft MOCs

Hi Bryce, You probably get asked this all the time. I would love to try building one of your models, like the F-18G or the F-15E. I read on this thread that you gave the .dat for your F16 to Mattias Martensson (lucky dog) , so I was wondering what I (...) (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New Fire Apparatus Pics, 6 wides

(...) Well, that very thing is what has taken that tower 6 years to be perfected. I have tried many different methods for stablizers, using lego type methods. Then it dawned on me to simply try the real thing. The station I work at in real life has (...) (22 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

(...) 50s/60s style Seagrave Rescue Pumper. (...) Very nice stuff. A lot of it too! I am also intrigued by the stablizers on the tower truck.
