Hey, Mladen!

Heya Chris!

My favorite part of this mecha is the use of the yellow pod fins as chest
vents.  It never ceases to amaze me how you come up with creative uses for
different parts.  I also like what you've done with the rounded bricks.  I'm
using these more extensively these days, too.

Thanks dude!

I don't know if I feel this particular color scheme...  Also, the waist and
thighs have a very unusual look to them - very cylindrical.  I guess that's
the look you were going for.  I don't know, it looks strange to me; really
revolutionary designs take a while to sink in ;-)

LOL! Yeah, I've really have been giving enough thought to those areas lately.
I've just sorta built simpler, smoother shapes. I'll take your comments into
account new time I build.

I'm going to have to agree with K about the use of some of the new click
hinges in some future mecha.  I just bought a super battle droid set last
week and I'm really pleased with the new joints.  I feel like I've wasted
the past year+ working on joint technologies only to have Lego come out with
just the right thing for mecha 12" and under.  I predict we'll see an
explosion of new mecha this summer using those new joints (including one by
yours truly).

Yeah, but even with them I still don't think I'll get much farther with
articulation... Maybe... I'll see once I get them.

Anyway, whatever joint tech you use, I'll still keep drooling over all of
your mecha ;-)

Heh, as will I over your "athletic" 'bots!

Later, Chris
