  Re: BrickFest 2002

(...) Sounds rather Japenese to me... a Second World War Cruiser? Or maybe you're planning to blow the world away with a Yamato... Oh dear, that would be something else! Willing to pass out any subtle hints? Kenneth Tam (23 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Inspiration...?

(...) Gundam hands down. I've loved the designs for years. Even in my dark ages I would always think "that would be so cool made out of Lego". As for Lego designs Karim's site and Pat Justison's stuff really got me thinking. By far the one model (...) (23 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MONO Carrier 'Redtail'

I like this ship a lot. Whats the story on the "arms", do they move around or stick up like that in flight. Interesting either way. Do all of these ships have that crazy bubble cockpit? I know almost nothing about Cowboy Bebop (I only saw 1 (...) (23 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: ISCC: The winners are...

René, the splash page is way to wide for that... When viewing it in 800x600 then one has to scroll all the time because of the bricklink menu to the left making it horrible to read! Please give us the URL for the splaspage. That would be easier. (...) (23 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: Inspiration...?

(...) Well Jeff, I have a bit of a story to tell... When I first started going online regularly (when we got our computer), I was just starting to get back into the brick.   Re: Inspiration...?

(...) Sure. (...) For me it was back in 84' (?!?) and a friend of mine introduced me to Battletech. I looked at the big old warhammer on the front of the box and I was done. I since considered myself a mech designer in training... These days? My (...) (23 years ago, 15-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Inspiration...?

Calling all Mech heads out there! I just would like take a little poll here if you don't mind. I've seen alot of cool stuff out there that you've all built but I'm just curious as to what was the first mech/mecha that really got you "hooked". And (...)   Re: Mountain Town - A train module experiment

(...) Thanks! (...) Yes, you're right. I ought to build some nice little trolley or something for that upper loop. That's a very good idea.
