Well Jeff, I have a bit of a story to tell...
When I first started going online regularly (when we got our computer), I
was just starting to get back into the brick. And I searched for a "LEGO
Gundam," because I was hooked on Gundam Wing at the time too. Anyways, I
netted this:

The first lego mecha (other than my own piddly attempts when I was a kid)
that I ever saw. Back then I thought it was the coolest thing in the world.
Now, I still say it's amazing, but since I've been exposed to many other
building styles (namely Eric's, K's, Chris S.'s, Bryce's, and Jeff's), I
would say that this gundam is extremely purist (per the title) in nature.
Lots of studs going the same way.
And soon after that, I stumbled onto FBTB, and from there followed a link to
this thing called "LUGNET". That was about 3 years ago. Been here ever since.

BTW Jeff, I recently found out you work for Disney (animator?) How cool is
that! Every kid's dream come true. :-)
