  Re: hello

Very nice! The Cepheus is very original and very cool! Like Bryce said, more mecha in this endoskelaton style would be awesome! Maybe even one with a endoskelaton and then a layer of plates on the out side like a 'skin'. Build on! (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Cepheus

(...) Christopher, I'm glad you finally decided to post. Cepheus is one of the coolest, most original mechs I've seen in a while. Very nice!!! (...) I'm sure I speak for most of us the mech guys when I say that we've noticed. Eh Eric? :-) (...) Like (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  hello

Hello! This is my first post on LUGNET, although I,ve been a member for close to a year now. I guess I just wanted to say that I really appreciate everyone being here, especially in build.mecha. Thanks for building awesome models, and sharing them (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Pokemon Lego sculpture

Nice job on those sculptures...especially on Bulbasaur's head and eyes and also the bulb. Perhaps its body needs to be a bit bigger but I won't quibble. They are better than anything I've tried. How about trying Psyduck next 8). Keith Blumenthal (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Custom Pirate Fig site

(...) These customised minifigs were made by the German AFOL Jojo -well known to frequent visitors of 1000steine.de. He stated that the hats were made out of paper and the vests are made of cloth. And yes, Bruce, you did leave out a letter :-) (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Keppler Industries update: C-562 Modular Cargo Sytem

(...) Hey, that's darn cool! I like the Space Cargo module with the sliding door. It makes a lot of sense to have a cargo cruiser that snaps onto the containers, like an 18-wheeler. :^) Well done! ~1st Lieutenant, Fleebnork Division Muffin Head (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: Keppler Industries update: C-562 Modular Cargo Sytem

(...) This is great! I'm with Mladen - I'm going to have to resist the urge to build a whole fleet of modules. Just think - not all of the modules have to be for cargo. You could have a passenger module, or a scientific module, or... And I really (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: Keppler Industries update: C-562 Modular Cargo Sytem

Wow! This is awesome Kyle! Both the land and the space transports are great, however the space transport, for some strange reason, appeals to me more. ;-) "Must resist urge of building whole fleet of modular freighters..." (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Keppler Industries update: C-562 Modular Cargo Sytem

Hello, I have added a new model to my Keppler Industreis site. It's the C-562 Modular Cargo System under the Civilian section. There's 4 pages for this new model, so dont miss em.   Re: Custom Pirate Fig site

(...) Look carefully at the edge of some of the coats - very thin. Probably paper or some kind of material. Others possibly could be plastic "clay" (Sculpey and the like). I'd guess a variety of techniques, but the picture quality and size is not (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Lockers as mailboxes?

(...) Oh that's just great. Some innocent minifig tries to check his mailbox and... BOOM! A missile straight into his little hollow head. -- dataAndrew (URL) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: Erasing minifigs

(...) Toothpaste seems to work also. Supposedly Tarter Control Toothpaste has more abrasive in it so it works better, I still have some work to finish one the one soccer fig I am removing the '1' from the back of. You can only see where the '1' was (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Custom Pirate Fig site

Thanks for pointing those out Bruce. Some of the hats and vests had the same "shine" as the ABS. Do you think the creator did some plastic molding type of work? Those are some pretty incredible designs. Markus (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.minifigs)

To All, (...) as (...) Interesting, this makes LEGO elements truly unique, as many different people can use these parts for different things.
