Thanks for pointing those out Bruce. Some of the hats and vests had the
same "shine" as the ABS. Do you think the creator did some plastic molding
type of work? Those are some pretty incredible designs.

| (...) Look carefully at the edge of some of the coats - very thin. Probably paper or some kind of material. Others possibly could be plastic "clay" (Sculpey and the like). I'd guess a variety of techniques, but the picture quality and size is not (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.minifigs)
