Look carefully at the edge of some of the coats - very thin. Probably paper
or some kind of material. Others possibly could be plastic "clay" (Sculpey
and the like). I'd guess a variety of techniques, but the picture quality
and size is not sufficient to really be sure. And it was Arnold Stanicek
(did I leave a letter out? ...czek?) that mentioned the site to me in an
email, by the way. I was just passing it on. :-)

| (...) These customised minifigs were made by the German AFOL Jojo -well known to frequent visitors of 1000steine.de. He stated that the hats were made out of paper and the vests are made of cloth.
