First is the Jack O' Lantern, which uses orange technic wheel hubs as the

mmm orange. I've almost got enough of that colour for it to be used on
something. I'm jealous of anyone that has it in sufficient quantities to use
it properly.

Te bat wings are a cute touch. I'm not sure about the axes on the front
though. Is there any way to get them closer to the wheel to act as wheel
covers? They seem to stick out a bit. Then again, that could be a useful
feature - I understand turbo cycle racing is one o' them 'no rules' contests
am I right?

Right, they're more weapons than wheel guards.  If they were too close to
the wheels, they'd run the risk of causing damage to them instead of the bad
guys.  I agree, though, that they would look good as wheel covers.

Second is the invasion of the Fleebnorks:

You certainly succeeded in making it small, and that canopy fits a fleebnork
perfectly - much better than a minifig.

Yeah, I did like the way this turned out to be nicely proportional for the
fleebnork.  It's like this canopy was built for that creature :)

Third is the coming of the Sea Monkeys:

This is my favourite. The light green fits the undersea theme perfectly, but
the way the wheels transform into propellors makes it for me. It makes the
kind of odd looking and disproportional wheels forgivable (which set are
they from btw?) The pipes break up the canopy nicely too.

The wheels come from a Znap set.  I can't tell you which one, exactly.
They're great because they're used as both wheels and propellers in the Znap
sets, so it seemed only natural to use them both ways here too.  The pipes
were actually a last second addition, right before I photographed this,
because the bubble canopy just seemed a little too bubbly.  Glad it seemed
to work out okay :)

If I didn't have so many other idea burning the back of my mind I'd be
building turbocycles.

Hey, they're quick and easy to do.  Each one of these took no more than a
couple of hours max to build.

Thanks for the kind words

Adrian
