I recently built a very detailed version of the U.S Air Force's famous F-16 Fighting Falcon. It was built entirely with Lego and I spent about 20 hours perfecting the design. No glue was used. (...) There are a few things that I don't like. The shape of the nose is very odd and the jet intake is too boxy. Hi Ryan and Ralph I think you both build great models of modern jets. Also good to see this group becoming more active. A question to both of you what scale do you aim for? (...) Fighting Falcon. As I mentioned before, the entire structure was built around the landing gear and my intent was to make it fully retractable, fully concealable, and sturdy. With good sculpting, SNOT and lots of revision it should be possible to get quite a smooth shape at the size you are using for this. This was a fairly (URL) quick build> of (...) Hello, I can only echo sentiments there are some very nice fighter MOCs here and it's nice to see build.military get a little more activity of late.
