Tony, I like the curvy, look - true to the "prototype." My favorite touches are the canopy props. Very cool how you were able to fit a realistic feature into a small space. James Wilson Dallas, TX (21 years ago, 10-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Well done Tony. It's so buggy (in a good way) that I almost swatted it ;-) That cargo bay is ingenious. Way to solve that canopy 'problem'. Great details, play value and a refreshing colour scheme. Peace and bugs, Professor Whateverly (URL) (21 years ago, 10-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Well, you certainly came up with an elegant solution. Any of these new canopy pieces without built in hinge attachments pose problems. Hopefully those promising new Alpha Team canopies will be readily hinged. (...) It's all part of the fun of (...) (21 years ago, 10-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Man, I gotta disagree with ya on that. I much prefer canopies without hinges. That way I can hinge it however I want. Makes things like backwards and side opening canopies possible. :P (URL) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Thanks- the bugginess would have been even better if the panels swung up and out, but that didn't work out. This was supposed to have wings inside there (kinda like a lady bug), but that too was a bit too tricky for me. (2 URLs) AndroDan>> (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Good thing you didn't swat it- it isn't the sturdiest thing I've ever built! And as for the canopy, you got it under control too. Your hinging mechanism is similar to what I used on a racer that I hope to post soon. (2 URLs) AndroDan>> Tony (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

They have 8 studs of binding surfaces on the underside, and are shaped in a way that tiling the surface (...) (21 years ago, 12-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
