Now I remember why I didn't do this in the first place. I originally wanted to include all countries so I selected computer formats. I had worked in a lab that had a Targa 2000 card, and I never had any problems converting computer video to the VCR. (...) (22 years ago, 30-Oct-02, to lugnet.animation)

I'm in agreement With Stefan, Australians too would be ruled out by only allowing ntsc. but I AM aware of the difficulties at Brickfest 2002, my submissions, for example, were submitted in high bitrate versions (for optimun clarity, and quality to (...) (...) This problem is quite common, and there is a solution. The trouble lies with the way XP installs the camera: it is recognised as a standard Logitech webcam, and consequently Studios does not find it. There was a way around it by editing the (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.animation)
