Re: First movie: "Some Assembly Required"

Nice job. I've tried animating the skeletons. It's only resulted in me getting mad and distracted by something shiny. But I'm easily distracted by shiny objects. If you don't mind,(Even if you do it is too late) I played with compressing it. Partly (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.animation)

  First movie: "Some Assembly Required"

I'd like to present my husband Bob's premiere into the world of filmmaking: "Some Assembly Required", a 20-second short film which illustrates what happens when that which we think is long gone, is acted upon by an irresistible force.   Nikon 880 and making movies

I need some help. I have a Coolpix 880 and would like to try making a movie of my trains, but I have no experience, just stills. If anyone tried it using the 880 could you give me some do's and don'ts. Oh, I'm using a 32MB card if that's any help? (...) (...) It's made by the Lego Group, copyrighted in 1989. Oh, I also can't find the box for it, only the video itself. =( (...) Maybe I'll email Todd or he'll find this post. -- Genekinesis Technologies (URL) (24 years ago, 21-Jan-01, to lugnet.animation, lugnet.general)

  Re: Would it be legal...

(...) Is it actually made by Lego, or by someone else? (...) Stuff like this is copyright grey area. Personally, I'd probably do it unless explicitly asked not to. But as Todd Lehman likes to remind me, I'm not giving legal advice. :) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.animation)

  Would it be legal...

I have this old Lego video. It's a stop animation video featuring several little stories. I think it's called "LEGO Stories." It's extremely rare (as far as I know), and I was wondering if the Lego company would get mad at me if I turned it into an (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.animation)
