Of course, the new tree sucks - it defeats the purpose of having Lego • rather

If they start selling for $10, then I have at least $400 in palm trees! • I want

I have a great deal of them too, but I would not sell them. I have to
have some vegetation, even if it is a *palm tree*. :)

Wow - in my parts bin (which doesn't have my 5938s sorted out yet), I have
73 bases (which implies 73 trees). I have one of those blue cases with 2
16x32 baseplates as covers as my palm tree parts box. One of the 6
compartments is almost full of trunk segments. One side (3 compartments w/o
separators) is about half full of small palm leaves, the last two
compartments (no separator) is a little more than half full of large leaves.
The bases and leaf forks are in zipper lock bags resting on top).

Of course my castle box has a huge collection of forester style tree parts
(a gallon bag full of brown castle wall corners, another about half full of
5x7 leaves, this all just grew since I sorted 5 6079's last night - thanks
Bruce for two of those).

I do need to pick up more of the spherical and conical trees (and I've got a
whopping ONE of the tall tapered trees).

(...) But do you have any black trunk sections? I do. Scott A (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.adventurers)

(...) Great. Now maybe I can stop seeing ffilz on every ebay auction for vegetation. Even better, the prices won't be up to $20 per tree. Cheers, Mark L (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.adventurers)
