(...) I don't beleive *most*. *Many* maybe, but the world is large (even if some USAmericans seem quite ignorant of it) -- Anders Isaksson, Sweden BlockCAD: (2 URLs) (21 years ago, 1-Jan-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

MHoF : Harry Cane might be disqualified

I'm asking the Adventurers fans and the MHoF fans to help me on this. I'm trying to stop a cheater that is mass-voting for Harry Cane. If he/she doesn't stop it, I'll have to disqualify the Adventurers series. I know who this person is. However, (...) (21 years ago, 12-Jan-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

Re: MHoF : Harry Cane might be disqualified

(...) Hey, nothing wrong with a little lobbying, is there? Electioneering is the American way. Personally, I like the good-spirited debates and taunting about which minifig should be put in that we've seen in the past (esp. between .Space and (...)   Re: MHoF : Harry Cane might be disqualified

(...) The "american-way" isn't MY way, as I'm neither American nor American-wannabe. There is, mind you, something wrong about electioneering. The MHoF voting process should be a choice based on more than a "I-Like-This-Theme" factor. Systematically (...) (21 years ago, 12-Jan-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: MHoF : Harry Cane might be disqualified

(...) Christian Lindblad has emailed me concerning this issue. He is NOT the one mas-voting, although he was the one inciting people to vote for Adventurers on his website. Therefore, I apologize to have thought it was him. All the facts I had (...) (21 years ago, 12-Jan-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

Re: MHoF : Harry Cane might be disqualified

(...) Since you don't live in the US, you probably don't know that Qwest is a fairly large ISP. This means that the person abusing your voting system is probably a customer of Qwest. Well, I would gladly encourage people to talk about the election of the MHoF and the candidates. I've posted many messages here to let people know about it and I am glad to see referrers to my site that I had never heard of before, some from Japan, (...)
