Hey, nothing wrong with a little lobbying, is there?

There is, mind you, something wrong about electioneering.

Then there is certainly a problem. I have often seen posts in specific forums urging people to vote for a fig in their particular theme. You almost encourage that yourself by posting to the different Lunet newsgroups saying “these figs from your theme of choice are up for election”.

Bruce

As I already said, maybe I don’t correctly understand the work electionneering, but what I meant was that I don’t want people linking to my site with the express message to “vote for Mr. X”. Of course, here on Lugnet as on other websites, I encourage the linking to my site and I respect the right of people to say that they are voting for a specific Minifig, but at least, say why and debate over it. Blindlessly voting for a theme is not the spirit of the MHoF.
