Re: Top 1000 noisemakers (was: Re: Posting frequency?)

(...) Hmm, interesting. I guess I've got some catching up to do... I arbitrarily only grabbed those who posted at least 1000 times. Is it me or is the list in alphabetical order by FIRST name? Wasnt it supposed to be in order of post frequency? -- Kenneth A. Drumm Ph.D.who gets confused by long lists :) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.people, lugnet.admin.nntp)

  Re: Netscape is annoying....

(...) Hmm, I use 4.75 at home, I think I've also used 4.72. In my Communicator, the row of buttons has two reply buttons, one for reply to newsgroup and one for reply to sender and newsgroup. Also, if I click the reply to sender and newsgroup, the (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.nntp)

  Netscape is annoying....

Hrmmm....seems every time I reply to a message Netscape likes to send a copy via e-mail to the person I'm replying to. I've looked all over the netscape settings box and I can't find anything about it. I have Communicator 4.72. I know if I (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.nntp)

<BIG snip> On a related (sorta) note, Is there a easy/fast way to figure out when my first post was? I'm pretty sure it would be in Decemeber 1999... I tried a few times back when the search was enaled but since that was not ordered by date it (...) (24 years ago, 1-Jan-01, to lugnet.people, lugnet.admin.nntp)

Top 1000 noisemakers (was: Re: Posting frequency?)

(...) Hmm, I don't think it ranked how often people posted (e.g., frequency) but listed the total numbers of articles posted by each person for a few groups. (...) Well at 56k I don't really want to download another browser to try. A little background here: I normally connect via DSL where I live in Ontario. Currently I am in N.B. at my folks' place.
