Re: NEW Featured Item at the Yellow Castle Marketplace (week of Oct 8)

OK, I admit it. I'm a compartmentalized dork. I would prefer messages like this (see below) to appear in one group. Yet, reading the charters for all three groups, there's nothing that directs Ben to choose one group over the other two, so he posts (...) (23 years ago, 9-Oct-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Problems with full screen pop-up window for set pictures.

(...) nod, you're right - in the java code that pops up the window, it specifies "scrollbars=0" which disables the scrollbars on the new window. Todd, perhaps this should be changed? as a workaround, you can either disable javascript, or right click (...) (23 years ago, 1-Oct-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Problems with full screen pop-up window for set pictures.

Yeah, sorry about that, my screen is 1600x1200 - so when I size a picture for 800 on the longest edge, it's comparatively small on my screen... I'll try to keep it to a minimum - I was a little anxious to get a better picture up - than the catalog (...) (23 years ago, 1-Oct-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Problems with full screen pop-up window for set pictures.

When I try to view a set such as (URL) I find that the window is too big for my 800x600 screen I normally use here and have to go to 1024x768 to see the whole picture. There are also no scroll bars so I can scroll the picture around. I play games a (...) (23 years ago, 30-Sep-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Problem with News By Mail?

Anyone having a problem receiving LUGNET E-mails? I had a prolem with my e-mail server last night, but as far as I can tell, it is working fine now, but I am not getting any e-mail from LUGNET. I checked my subscriptions, and they all seem to be (...) (23 years ago, 25-Sep-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Re: cant post to rtl

(...) Actually, what Chris means is he can't post to the rtlToronto NG. Up here in Toronto, we've gotten into a habit of calling rtlToronto, "rtl". Of course, we all know that rtl is rec.toys.lego, the rtl in rtlToronto is derived from that. It's (...) (23 years ago, 25-Sep-01, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: cant post to rtl

(...) Well, for starters, RTL is most definitely NOT Lugnet. Different things. (...) I'm guessing you mean you tried to post to Lugnet-- not to RTL-- and it does look like your message didn't get here. My guess is either there's an email problem or (...)
