Problems with full screen pop-up window for set pictures.

When I try to view a set such as http://guide.lugnet.com/set/4707 I find
that the window is too big for my 800x600 screen I normally use here and
have to go to 1024x768 to see the whole picture. There are also no scroll
bars so I can scroll the picture around.
I play games a lot, so I only use 800x600 in order to avoid excessive use of
the shared memory allocated on my computer system - which is getting old,
I'm looking at options for upgrading or replacing it but that topic belongs
elsewhere. I'd just like to know if scroll bars can be put on the window,
or if it can be made into a standard browser window that will automatically
give me scroll bars.
There are a few other sets that give me this same problem, however, most
windows are the 800x600 size which displays within my screen limits.
