I do not know for sure if Todd has set up the syntax to work without the prefix
lugnet before a specific heirarchy or group in the filter, but my filter has
worked each time I have changed it. I have included the prefix lugnet for all
groups to ensure error-free acceptance.
For example
I recommend
-lugnet.admin +lugnet.admin.general -lugnet.off-topic +lugnet.off-topic.debate
instead of
-admin +admin.general - off-topic +off-topic.debate
Get the idea? This works for me, should work for everyone else, too.

| (...) Wow, that is wicked bizarre. Unless your browser is being sent the wrong cookie somehow (I doubt it!) it sounds like a horrible browser bug. It would help me know what cookie your browser thinks it's being sent. For example, if I type in (...) (25 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
