One note about caching NNRP servers: To prevent newbie confusion and abuse,
the 'control' group here is write-only; clients can't see it in the groups
listing via NNTP, and can't subscribe to it even if they know it's there.
This means that a caching NNRP server wouldn't be able to receive any
updates when someone cancels an article. I don't know if that's a problem
or not. It might be possible to keep 'control' hidden from the groups
listing but yet make it subscribeable (for the sake of NNRP servers) and
then make it reject any messages which aren't control messages (to prevent
its misuse as a discussion/test/play area).
