Todd, I think you may have broken NYC down too much. You could probably condense Bronx (The Bronx), Kings (which is the borough of Brooklyn but you use the county name), Manhattan Island, Queens and Staten Island (which is Richmond County but you (...) (...) OK, it sounds like it's premature to use the really-specific groups. So just use lugnet.loc.us.ny then, and ignore its subgroups.
