  Re: Runtime errors

(...) Ya, it's the "Post" button. It's not defined on the first screen. I replaced the onChange event with a call to a function to disarm the post button which first checks whether the button exists in the form before attempting to disable it. (...) (...) (...) Durp...I forgot to test for the existence of the object in the form before attempting to disable it. Odd that neither Safari nor Chimera nor Mozilla nor MSIE on MacOS, nor Mozilla on Linux complained about this. In any case my code was broken. (...)   Error in link jump?

Todd, could you help me please. I either found an error or I am doing something wrong.   Re: ">" line wrapping subtleties

(...) Hey, y'know what? Maybe the server is taking enough responsibility here for the mistake. True, it's not the server's fault if the user botches up quoting and submits a line 500 characters long -- but it *is* the server's fault for accepting a (...)   How to change what the news server thinks my email is?
