Re: Convention for directoried for unofficial parts?

(...) I agree (which is why I voted yes on the other proposal, although it's not an exact match for what you're asking for). Having said that, Lars did offer the INI parsing code, and since it's already in LDView (which is under GPL), anyone who (...) (17 years ago, 10-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) I'm not 100% sure, but it appears that preference sets are setting off the crash. I'm not sure why yet, but QT on the Mac just completely wigs out when you launch LDView after creating and switching to a new preference set. So I'd say, don't (...) It doesn't sound like something I can diagnose - I just asked on the chance that there was a specific setting or command you had tried that I could duplicate to help identify the problem, if I had not encountered (...)   LDView 3.2 on Mac OS X with Qt 3.3.7 status report

Just an update on my LDView tinkering. I got Qt 3.3.7 compiled and used it to rebuild the current LDView 3.2 code. As predicted in the other LDView thread, using Qt 3.3.7 instead of Qt 4.2.2 resolved some of the issues I'd observed, most notably the (...) (18 years ago, 1-Mar-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac, FTX)

Fun with LDView Fly Through (A Minifig's Eye View)
