  Re: Onwards to rtlToronto18...

(...) My thoughts: Given the 8x8 playfield (for the sake of the audience), the 2x2x? cubes will be hard to see. I also suspect 2 stud cubes will be harder to handle for a LEGO robot, than 4x4 cubes.   Robotic for LEGOWORLD 2004

Hi everybody !! this post to say I will be in LEGOWORLD2004 this week, it's the biggest LEGO manifestation in Europe. (...) I'm not sure I agree with that. There were, as I recall, some difficult insertion steps but overall, it seemed buildable.   Automation Project Proposal

  Re: Brainstorms

Cheers John! Not really a high-end user, I'm fairly satisfied with the RCX brick with a few exceptions: First, it isn't really that robust. I've got 2 RCX bricks, and both get amnesia. Bending out the battery clips reduced the problem in one, but (...) (22 years ago, 9-Aug-02, to lugnet.robotics)

I have two RCX. I would like to use the first one to download PbForth (and other forth programs) to the second one using the infrared port. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Mario (20 years ago, 13-Nov-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

We now have an infrared / radio repeater system. It can do PC <--> RCX or RCX <--> RCX. (No networking yet!) The system translates the IR data to RF data and vice versa.
