Does water seem to have any negative effects on LEGO bricks? I meant to ask this about the snowglobes and forgot but the fountain made me think about it again. Well, I spent so much time getting EveryAuction installed on my own Linux server that I put off putting more items up on JABA, but before I collapsed I did manage to put just a few up, and judging from recent and past (...) The first 1/3 height bricks were referred to as plates as they were only available as large-ish 2x8, 4x8, 6x8 and left or right curve-ended 4x8. Slim bricks came along a little later in sizes 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 2x3 and 2x4 only. ...David Lyall (LEGO (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Anch'io ho questo set con le istruzioni originali, la misura va fatta si in bricks, ma vanno poi anche aggiunte le mezze misure che si fanno con i plates. Un bricks infatti si può dividere in tre plates, pertanto se una ruota non coincide (...) (20 years ago, 28-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Attempt at corner cafe
 
I purchased the corner cafe directions and tried to build it with parts I had. Aside from colors, the problems that I encountered were mainly with windows. The first floor windows are 6 bricks tall unlike the 5 tall windows I have. Similarly the (...) (18 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.town) !!

  6769 Fort LEGOREDO
 
I bought a 6769 from DYA (wow that was cheap:) and it got here a few days ago.. I love it! Two BIG bags of log walls and 1x4 log bricks, and two smaller bags of 1x2 log bricks.. 10 minifigs.. I'm going to have fun with this :) The doors (4 large (...) (25 years ago, 4-Mar-00, to lugnet.western)
