I'm not sure what you are referring to. Is the gap an actual hole in the front panel? or is it the collar and neck are about a unit from the top of the shirt (it was like this on the actual minifig)? placement of the neck mark? I did a little leg work for you. Find this line in your file: 4 14 2 2.25 -10 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 5 2 -10 delete it and add this: 3 14 2 2.25 -10 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 3 14 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 5 2 -10 This splits the problem quad into 2 (...) (...) George, It sounds like you are experiencing the same problem I was. You have a qaud that has colinear points. For some reason L3Lab, the program Franklin uses, doesn't like quads with colinear vertices and doesn't display them. This problem (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
