  What TLG set "revolutionized" your building?
 
Many of the folks here have long surpassed the techniques used in TLG sets, and the pictures that folks post here are the most inspiring things I've ever seen, but as it relates to "Official" sets, What LEGO set: ...made you approach building (...) (17 years ago, 29-May-07, to lugnet.build)

  Marking tracks and other Lego pieces
 
What are the best way to mark the various items (baseplate, 9v tracks, etc) when you do a display with many contributors ? I found this post : (URL) you have other ideas ? What are the best pen, stickers or "stuff" we can use to mark ? (17 years ago, 29-May-07, to lugnet.trains)

I've tried Firefox, Opera, and Explorer on both Windows and Macintosh computers. :-/ Some things to check: - Try spelling LUGNET in lowercase (I just added that as an alias code in our system) - (...) One of the problems I think Lugnet has with spam is that, even if it automatically adds spamcakes to obfuscate lightly the email addresses of people, these addresses are plainly visible when one clicks the "view raw message" option (which renders (...) (...) Cafe Corner is great. I have been making buildings with angled sides for years, but never used the techniques used in Cafe Corner. So it was nice to see a new approach. Hi, all-- My wife, mom-in-law and I are in the middle of our Memorial Day Weekend building project. Most folks put up a shed, or a swingset or something--we're building the Cafe' Corner.
