| (...) For books, there is almost no end to U-boat books out there-- although if you want a very general series with line drawings the Squadron-Signal publications give you an accessible start. | | Part Description

| Pardon the post to this group, I wasn't sure if there was a "Name that Part" group somewhere. What is the "official" name given to the spring-loaded pieces which came with the Aquanauts Crystal Crawler. Perhaps the Crystal Scavenger had some too. (...) (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)

| | Re: Packaging!

| Yes, to my amazement, both the Manas and Spybotics were packaged in this manner (in the U.S. at least). I can't fathom what on Earth they were thinking when they came up with this packaging scheme. | | Some brainstorming needed.
|
| I've been thinking about trying to build a '3D printer'. These things exist in a number of commercial products - but they cost an absolute fortune and I've been thinking about making one using Lego robotics components. The idea is to take a 3D CAD (...)
