  Re: Feedback.....

(...) I use Outlook for my email, your options may be different, but here is what I have: I made a subfolder in my inbox for email from ebay. (listing, bid notices, etc.) Then I put a follow-up flag on every end of auction email I get. When I leave (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) I did not think that there was a problem because I would go with the inventory on Peeron, not building all the sets. But once I started building them and checking the problem appeared. I was doing this because I wanted to make sure that my (...) (18 years ago, 8-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Brickshelf going away???

(...) As Joe said, I don't think the issue would be with the instructions themselves-- plus, the gallery is what generates the heaping swaths of traffic from what I understand. Not that the instructions don't generate their own heaping swath, it's (...) (19 years ago, 2-Jun-05, to lugnet.general)

  Spanning large areas

Most stock LEGO sets use large, thin plates to create roofs and second-story floors. In some cases (like Fort Legorado, 6769), they have created super-large plates (black in this case) to do the job. What happens when you need to span a LARGER area (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Tallest lego crane

(...) Currently, the base of the model has been disassembeled because of problems that I encountered with the slewing and crawling. The motors and gearing were off, and the crane wouldn's slew under its own power with the full 50 lbs of (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Another RcxCC revision

I just uploaded another revised rcxcc.zip file to my website. (URL) isn't changed significantly from the version I uploaded last night.   Re: BFDC2004 Robotics contest?

(...) I'm not really sure. John Barnes asked about it too, but we were pretty noncommittal. I wasn't really planning to do a new contest, unless people REALLY wanted one. I guess we could try doing rope climbers or something there. This time all (...) (20 years ago, 3-May-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.events.brickfest)

Last Saturday, May 6 2000, I had the great pleasure to be present at the premiére of the LEGO Opera, on stage at Teatro Nuovo in Verona, Italy.   Ultimate Lego Robotics Storage Case

Since bringing my robots to the office (See the Lego Breaks thread), my one lament was that it wasn't very easy to transport robots and pieces back and forth to work (in my RIS, Code Pilot, and Research Sub boxes), which meant that I couldn't very (...)
