  Hobby Show Pix

I finally managed to upload my pictures from the Hobby Show. I had a great time there, even though I couldn't stay long on the days that I attended. I only managed to snap a single group shot my first day, so unfortunately I missed getting pictures (...) I hope my past postings on LUGNET are proof enough that I'm just not that kind of person. However, I (...) (20 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.mediawatch)

RCX and the 9v system - help needed!

Hi everyone I am now the proud owner of my first 9v train (4511) and finally I can begin to experiment a little with various adaptations. But I would appreciate a little advice on the following: I can hook up both an RCX and Discovery Scout to the (...) (20 years ago, 27-Nov-04, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: November 2004 SMART Meeting Notes

Thanks David for organizing this meeting. It looks like I missed a lot of cool robots. Good job Mark on a excellent mini-challenge robot. From the photos I can see that there were several other cool robots that I wish I had more time to look at. (...) (20 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.us.smart)

(URL) Dis here is Horodris. Treat him real nice and he'll do the same.   Re: Appreciating what TLG and Lego Direct have done for AFOL's

Hello! Yes, I appreciate what LEGO has done for me (me, being an AFOL, as I am only entitled to speak for myself) and I really like many of LEGO Direct's products. I simply love the concept "LEGO system" and that's what I'm grateful for as well as (...) (20 years ago, 23-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, FTX) !!

Hi and thanks for the link! My problem isn't so much a problem more of a "I've got these LEGO computers, I don't build robots, now how do I make use of them" kind of thing. :) I think, unfortunately, the building or converting of an RCX is beyond me (...)
