Re: a couple more GMLTC pictures

(...) LOL. But I must admit I realy didn't know for certain, so the question was at least partial serious. Thanks to the rest of the thread, I do know who's who now. Stil grinning, M. Moolhuysen. (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Another Legend dies....

(...) Some people think that LUGNET is the center of the LEGO universe. I'd compare us to a section of seats at a sporting event, with a couple of hecklers making the most noise. There might be 500+ seats, but only two people trying to get the most (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) That's correct! For some reason I thought most people had seen pictures of Brad, and would recognize him. Conan? He's a mystery to most people... <grin> JohnG, GMLTC (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Metro Terminus - Work in progress

(...) Wow! That is amazing, even for a teaser. VERY nice work, even incomplete. Some questions: - That's a lot of train shed for only 4 tracks... any chance to rearrange platforms (maybe with narrower platforms) to squeeze 6 in? Zurich hauptbahnhof (...) (...) Some of the Sand Red bricks are now shipping! I received a ship confirmation email saying that the 1x2, 2x4 and 2x4 roof bricks have shipped. Hopefully the other ones will be shipping very soon! JohnG, GMLTC (23 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.general)

  GMLTC Web Site?

Is the GMLTC web site available anywhere? According to John Kelley ((URL) is was going offline and it doesn't seem to be back up. I was hoping to reference some of the great GMLTC pictures for a show handout I am putting together for NCLUG's display (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Ambassador train for the PNLTC layout at LEGOLAND

Is anyone else taking their Ambassador cars to Brickfest? I'm trying to see how many different events around the country I can get our NGLTC box car to visit. I've actually started making little stickers to go on the back of the car that list the (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

It made a few claims about sets being for boys, and not children...Makes it hard for them to sell these to girls, when they could probably read what was written there [well, at (...)
