| Big thanks to everyone who respnded to my original question. I have essentially ruled out an IRQ conflict. I have a PS/2 mouse (IRQ 12) and only com1 (serial port) and com2 (modem) are enabled. I once spoke to someone at Polaroid who gave me the cross reference "JST 1B0579A" (don't know if it's Burndy or not). I am pretty sure the cable is standard (...) | Hi Fred: The Mini SSC does have a TTL-mode, but it needs inverted data i/o mode. Rather than figuring out how to do that in s/w I just used the MAX232 because it was easy and it made debugging easy into a dumb terminal program on my PC. I've had (...)
