  The Big Buy

Well, I know Russell didn't know what the Big Buy was, so that probably means there are more people who don't know. I don't know what it is either. Anybody? Fill us in.   Re: LDraw to display at Legoland California for Kidvention

(...) I'm now "officially" an AFOL. I had my 18th birthday recently. I might be able to make it to the convention, I already have lodging, I just need the time and the funds. As it is, I can only go for three days. If that is the case, then I would (...) (24 years ago, 28-May-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.legoland.california)

At this point I'm not clear exactly what error message you're getting. Would you 1. send a transcript of Interactive C's bootup text, leading to the error? 2. explain the Targa file problem. i don't understand where you'd be seeing this message -- (...) What you are talking about has previously been called 'LEGO Design Cliches' by Fred Martin. Fred has written a paper called The Art of LEGO Design which features some of these cliches and is well worth the read. You can find it linked in .pdf form (...)
