21 Ebay Lots; Castle Sets, Star Wars Parts/Minifigures, Pirate Parts, Train Parts

Thank you to all who have been bidding on my auctions, you have really helped me to pay rent and such since the layoff. I've listed a bunch more, some of it closing within 24 hours. I'm letting go of most of the rest of my Castle sets (except my (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: What a downer :-(

Yes, I was sad to see the catalog too. Very disappointing. However, there were some new 2003 "Technic-ish" sets spotted a while back online (several small sets of construction equipment). The set numbers were in the 8000's. It will be interesting to (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic)

  Re: Help with Orient Express...?

(...) Hi Laurent, Firstly I think that it really depends what style of layout you want to have. If you just want something that looks vaguely like an Orient Express but made from LEGO then you probably should just find pictures from movies and the (...)   Re: What a downer :-( ...and we still will hang on....

I had some coffe and read this thread. I got to thinking about the range of Technic parts and brick. I figure what falls into a Technic part catagory is so essential to building stuff that moves or helps form features, that it could never go away. I (...)   A Pet Idea ~/\~~/\¤

I have a cat and a dog (Welsh Terrier) and one of my goals with Lego Robotics is to make a Rover which is fun for my pets. I got a simple idea of how to make the Rover detect a moving object (like a pet). You need RIS, build the Roverbot with the (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: LoTR: The Two "Towels"

Okay, you just need to read the book and get it firsthand. The Ringwraiths are sort of blind because they're dead. Well undead to be precise. They ride regular horses which are raised from colts in the presence of evil so they're not scared of evil (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.castle)

And the number one thing you should do, in my opinion, is visit (URL). Ben Fleskes, a Lugnet member, sells custom (...) (18 years ago, 20-Apr-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
