  Re: Train Power Units

(...) Dear Michael, 180 and 181 have been the only 4.5V sets with the red bufferless motor-baseplate (in 12V: 726 ). Keep searching for a black 1x4x2 fence door: If you have, it's set 180. Or 1x2x3 classic doors (not to open) in yellow: these came (...) (24 years ago, 15-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: What happened to the Cool site of the Week?

(...) Yes, I'd say a LOT is missing from Lugnet's home page. Everything is out of date and, IMO, generally doesn't really represent Lugnet very well. Let me be specific. I'll start at the top and go down: --- Links. While at one time "Everything (...) (23 years ago, 9-Mar-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.curators, lugnet.admin.general) !

(...) Since I left my (not too) dark age four years ago, I've spend in average 500 $ per month. :-( That's the bad side, but during the last 12 month after a move my appartment seemed too small for my collection and I started to sell stuff that (...) (24 years ago, 14-Sep-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) Impressive model, Harvey! I would suggest somthing quite usual like a big wooden box, or maybe somthing like a ship diesel. A bad idea would be somthink like a space shuttle: that steals the show and is not too realistic... ;-) Regards, Ben (...) (24 years ago, 14-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)
