Indeed, that's right: I've bought that set recently for future MOCs, but there
must have been other sets with the same part before. I owned thes palm trunk
brick in black since years. My guess so far was, it might have been another
version of the 8880: some other bricks in that set changed their colour from
black to grey, but I'm not too sure about it.
