Re: wish list for lego legends

(...) What? No pirate sets?!? And only one space? *Everyone* knows that the priorities TLC should have are - 1 - 6285 Black Seas Barracuda 2 - 497 Galaxy Explorer 3 - Every other Pirate set 4 - Every other space set (made before '93) **List (...) (...) Probably the same way they are doing the new Pirate set, just a "play mat". At least that is my theory. You know the company line... "it ain't dead". (so you never really know for sure). Ben M. (21 years ago, 28-Jan-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Set 700K

Hmmmm... difficult! Michael LeCount and / or Phil Traviss might be able to help here... IIRC, there were 7 printed beams (different sizes / legends / fonts over time), doors and windows in red (more than just one set of 10 I'd say), 'flat' trees and (...) (...) All I gave as forecast in the beginning of 2002 has been the statement, that there would be no new train sets released in 2002. Again a huge disinformation..... Ashes on my head for that. (I simply believed the guy from TLC who told me so). (...) (23 years ago, 5-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Dear Ahui, as written in the other answers more than 2 motors does not appear to be very helpful. 2 motors (with enough weight on their Back) should be able to pull up to over 100 waggons (has been testet)! So there are 3 aspects: the 4558 (...) (23 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains)

You CAN still get the studded beams. For example, if you want black or yellow, get the Crane Truck. Just another speculative theory: Maybe Brad just meant they took the first 5 ever produced engines out of the production, not the numbers 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005 (which would lead to the problem with the too big number of 10000.)
