Personally, it doesn't matter to me. However, the question was posed, so I
answered it to the best of my knowledge. I'm less interested in sets (with a
few exceptions) and more interested in useable parts than I used to be. BTW
I don't have this set. I may have all of the relevant parts, but not the
instructions. I get a wierd sense of accomplishment by having an original
set of instructions. It's my own hang-up and I'm sure professional
counselling would rid me of it, but why would I want to? :-)

I agree. I would say that this is a good candidate for a Legends re-release.
I would buy it even with a couple of part substitutions. Call me
sentimental, but it's still an awesome set.
