Re: What do you do with multiple Blue Hoppers?

(...) I don't think you will. There are no cool parts in the set (with exception of wooden tons maybe). But it's the cheapest way to get a lot of magnetic couplings, wheel sets, bogie plates, groundplates. So I have stuff for trading and building (...) (25 years ago, 15-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Nice pictures Lawrence! I was most impressed by the long blue hopper train and even some more by the white Georgian Facade of your metro station. That's great work! Regards, Ben (25 years ago, 16-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Hi Gary, that's really interesting. I hadn't heard of those bricks before (and I'm a quite new Lugnet reader, so I missied your old post). Thanks for posting it again! Regards, Ben (25 years ago, 20-Mar-00, to lugnet.western, lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.trains)

Hi Ben F.! Maybe all your work is a little needless, since there are rumors going around here in Germany, saying Lego is going to invent new more realistic trains next year, or even late this year around X-mas......
