  Re: Question Time!

(...) After 24 years and 50,000+ pieces, I have a small handful of broken bits in one box. Early on, a number of 1X1 Trans-Red plates and 1X1 Trans Red & Green cylinders were broken (Classic Space stuff; seems the trans pieces could break with lots (...)   we need some "pod" rivals

I've read a thousand posts in .space about a new pod-ship somebody built. It's really making the quanity of posts castle vs space lopsided. We need something to build here to compete. Anybody got some ideas? Horse-drawn carriges? Maybe a vessel (...) (22 years ago, 17-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Electromagnetic device

Thanks everybody for the explanations! Everything start to make sense now. I understand that a resitor will limit only voltage across the circuit, but not current, this is very clear also. So, i will look for a small electromagnet, (9 volts) because (...) (18 years ago, 16-Jan-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Contributor Agreement License details

Re: Super Chief set not ready for prime-time // Super Chief no train set?

He called the consumer service for replacement wheel sets and got informed the Super Chief was not meant as a train set, but as a display set for the shelf only. So (...)   Re: Should pattern be like we -think- they should be?

(...) My individual opinion (as opposed to the consensus opinion of the admins) is in general, I'd prefer the idealized pattern. Since mis-registrations cause many variations, it's 'better' to go for the middle ground. Since it's not always clear (...) (18 years ago, 16-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

In the past, having watched Christina and Kevin Loch, and all the many others dedicated to planning events, it seemed clear to me that the huge, megaconventions like BF, take much more than 6 months to plan. This thread also seems to have brought up another very important question: Are the current review policies too strict, preventing parts that are "good enough" from getting in to users' hands in a timely manner?
