  LEGOLAND Bust Sculpture Sets

Hi All, I would like to make a suggestion to LEGO, and all LEGO members for discussion, regarding an idea for future LEGO sets. This idea was the result of visiting LEGOLAND Windsor this year, and seeing the LEGO Bust sculptures of famous people in (...) (18 years ago, 24-Jun-06, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: Picture Story

(...) Hi Alex, Good luck on your new project. I think that before you start an illustrated story, there are a number of questions you want to ask yourself: Original story vs. pre-existing story/novel/movie? Personally I go with pre-existing story, (...) (18 years ago, 27-Jun-06, to lugnet.general, FTX) !

(URL) Hello! It's been a while since I've posted so I wanted to stop in and show everyone what I've been working on. Lego purists, beware - I use custom electronics.   Re: Diorama 2006 - Alcune domande

(...) Ah, forse ho inteso ora! (18 years ago, 26-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: MegaBloks announces Mobile Suit Gundam License

WOW! Very nice looking Gundam there. Given that MB and Lego bricks are 99% the same and compatible, it should be an easy feat to build Lego versions once the instructions become available. I look forward to that! Dave (18 years ago, 24-Jun-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands, FTX)

  Re: How often

(...) That is a hard question to answer. It seems from what is in the catalogs and from what was said at Brickfest that lately TLC has been offering kits for one year, and then releasing new kits for the next year- although most of the time the sets (...) Granted I was a bit late in sending it out, but I did send it. Seeing as how my good buddy Dave changes his email address bi-annually I had an old address in my master list.   Re: Aging pieces with printing and logos

(...) Obviously the bricks with "engraved" lettering have a better chance of lasting a long time since the "engraving" protects the paint. On the other hand, I think these bricks are just painted with normal paint. The newer way that TLC does (...) (24 years ago, 7-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

Ok, here is the dat file reposted, one more time. It doesn't include any of your suggestions yet. I will work on that. Thanks for the feedback.
