Hurry up, Global Warming (to my neighborhood!)

I was on vacation last week to Arizona, and the temps were in the 50's. No problem though, since the high temps back home in Minnesota were below zero! It's since warmed up to the single digits, but this is getting old fast! My brother-in-law sent (...) (18 years ago, 8-Feb-07, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Re: Alternate 6208 B-Wing Escort Fighter

(...) Ah yes, the trusty helmet mounted flashlight look. Too much glare for me. I prefer the sort of lighting delivered by the mid-afternoon sun, beaming down from high over the left shoulder. But that's a personal preference, I suppose. (...) Nice (...) (18 years ago, 8-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dev, FTX)

  Re: Lego Purity

(...) A fun test! I thnk I came out at about 7.7. It's weird, because we're all so complex, so how do you make a simple test and gett accuate answers? For instance, under the topic of custom weapons, I personally don't use them (while I do own (...) (17 years ago, 26-Sep-07, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Lego Purity

Hello! OK... I considered myself quite pure in respect of Lego. My first try yielded a poor impure 5.something, though. So I thought it over, adjusted some answers from "of course!" to "I don’t mind", and suddenly I’m 7.98/10 pure. What keeps me (...) (17 years ago, 26-Sep-07, to lugnet.general)

(...) LOL it's a fun test, but different people may use different criteria for answering the questions. For example I used "Have you/would you use ... ?" to answer mine, and scored 0/10, but I haven't actually used many of the things I marked "ok" (...)   Re: Contapalle per il GBC

(...) Hi Brian Thanks a lot for the tip. Actually I had missed that "magnetic ball" idea, it's a nice one. As for using the NXT for counting... well, I guess we don't have enough NXT units yet to use some in the GBC. I mean that we're going to have (...) (18 years ago, 8-Feb-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

(17 years ago, 25-Sep-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug, FTX)

Top 11 signs you have too many LEGO bricks

(URL) 11 signs you have too many LEGO bricks> It should come as no surprise I'm a big fan of BBspot; I won't deny I got the idea of LEGO horoscopes from there to start with. I'm also glad to notice Brian did use the LEGO word properly each time... I (...) (17 years ago, 11-Sep-07, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

Re: Contributor Agreement License details - updated version

Torture Chamber - a Castle Vignette

New inline 4 cylinder Pneumatic Engine - No valves.

Not quite the same old inline 4 underneath - this engine is only single acting, because to make it double acting would mean double the amount of t-pieces and cables, which is already a lot. anyway, no valves in this engine at all, just a mechanism (...)
