  More signs you're addicted

I'm sure all of you have had the experience of being asked "So how many sets/pieces do you have?". Well, according to my highly significant data analysis methods (a text file, a command prompt window, and the sum() command in Excel) I've discovered (...)   Cleaning white bricks!

To all who have had discolored white bricks - a cleaning method! I have discovered that using a tiny amount of Comet with water on 600 grit wet sand sandpaper will clean that icky yellow smoker's stain off of white bricks! I haven't tried it on any (...) (...) You haven't tried to clean a club layout at a train show. A double-loop, 15'x 30' layout is going to be over 180 running feet of track. Actually, since you have to do each rail separately, it's closer to 360 feet of track. That's not including (...) (21 years ago, 28-Apr-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I did a little check on my 1xn bricks and saw this "problem" on all types and colours, from 1x2 to 1x8.   Re: Do you separate old vs. new LEGO?

(...) I do not segregate new from old. In fact, I like the variation of wear/scratches/dirt that old bricks have. IMO, it makes buildings look more realistic. A building of all brand new bricks is just too shiny and pristine for me. (25 years ago, 13-May-99, to lugnet.build)
