  MOC updates: Desert Express and Mobile Crane
 
Hi all, I just updated my brickshelf galleries with some new pictures from the Desert Express and the red and white Mobile Crane. The crane has a second counter boom to carry the Maxilift unit and a moving jib on top of the major boom. I also added (...) (24 years ago, 27-Feb-01, to lugnet.trains) !

(...) Not always true. Pieces that have the "hollow" studs can't say LEGO on them for obvious reasons. Ditto plates, which have no studs. Anyone else have a 'Zellers Select' store? I find that they have the older and less popular sets- meaning good clearance-time deals! That is, I recall that at least one or two of the US medium catalogs from c.1985 [1] pitched "Basic" sets as a series of graduated steps: there were sets with the "finger puppets" and mostly blocks that (...)
