Re: The Brick Testament lays down The Law

(...) Hi, Bruce. Thanks as always for taking the time. (...) Yep. (...) It's been a liberating experience, I have to admit. Nice to use minifigs who wear glasses, too. (...) (...) Hmm, that would be true - if the wrappers use the same names as L3P generates (so the object for the 2x4 brick would be named 3001_dot_dat). Right now, they don't - the names are like ar_3001. Even so, changing '3001_dot_dat' to (...) (21 years ago, 25-Jun-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Very nice work. I really like how you separated it all into scenes. And that castle wall as the backdrop for the whole thing is great. There are tons of details I like; the sword in the stone being slanted, the trees, the ruined wall, the way (...) (21 years ago, 8-Jul-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Hey Brendan, Great as always. Some thoughts: Sexual Discharges: First photo, I love the living room--the TV, the use of the promotional brick as a poster and that Jedi Starfighter flag as some sort of abstract art. Hi, Bruce. (...) Yes, sometimes the distinction between a removed pair of LEGO pants and a severed lower body can hard to discern. (...) Interesting note here, too. I have one of those sets: 730 Steam Shovel. The bottom plate with a hole in it is actually a 5x6 plate... one of the few times there has been a plate (or brick) of odd dimension greater than 3. eric (20 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)

I ran four 2-hour sessions of BrickQuest at GenCon 2003 Indy and it was very successful!
