Re: Just congrats to Mike Rayhawk

(...) I've always been a huge fan of this particular piece ... well, who am I kidding, I *love* minifig art or all kinds ... but this one in particular speaks to me. I really do hope you manage to come up with some sort of arrangement, it would be (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Huge Castle & AT-AT & More

(...) Yup, that AT-AT was gorgeous! I'm not sure Joe posts to Lugnet, so I'll try and answer some of the questions. His knees don't bend; the only articulation is ankles and hips (but the ankles are *so* cool!) I think he ran into the same problem (...)   Re: Crow's Nest

(...) Thanks John. My camera's a Sony DSC-P30 (1.3MP), but I almost always use 640x480. These pics were taken in front of a big window on a bright day. They are nice and clear, but I'd prefer more vibrant colour and a whiter background. I could (...) (22 years ago, 19-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

MOC: SAAB JAS 39 Gripen, step 1 - planning.

Hi all! As there is a lot of non-constructive chatting in lugnet.technic I figured I'd tell all what I'm planning. Here's the story: Back in 2000 I started on a big scale project, a Hercules in scale 1:20. It got "finished" in April the 8th 2001. (...)   Train Width Question

Has anyone tried to make a train car 8 studs across? I was thinking this would be a pretty cool idea for a working Hogwarts train. On the left side of the train, you have the wall, and like the santa fe, the windows have elbow space, as does the (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.trains)

I'm addressing three of Frank's notes here, not just the one upline from where I'm posting. As a result of my use of "good and just" coupled with the assertion that rights are merely a legal construct, Frank pointed out that we need to know the (...)   no D-Day in '44? [was Re: Not in my name!]

(...) Churchill did say that the USSR "tore the guts out of the Nazi war machine". The USSR lost ~25-30,000,000 in WW2 [the USA lost ~140k in Europe].
