Lattice windows revisited and modified (wasRe: lattice windows)

Hello Anthony, you pointed to the studs that still could be seen at the back. It was a little backdraw in the whole concept for which I couldn't find a solution. But a good night rest can change a lot :) In this picture I've tried to solve the (...) (20 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

(...) Nope. Not that I've ever seen. (...) The only pin with a stud on it is the (URL) 1/2 pin>, though the TECHNIC pin tip is only slightly wider than a stud, and can usually be used like one. In fact, many of the basic bricks are being produced (...) (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.parts, FTX)

Hey Brendan, Another great job. Some thoughts: 7 Kingdoms: 10:28 - I love that floor! Was this patterned after Erik Amzallag's stained glass window design? 10:28 part 2 - Great town. I like the red and blue accents and that odd-shaped window (...) (20 years ago, 22-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

(...) You know, now that you say that I think I've been using the word incorrectly. The top of a castle wall with that classic shape of alternating high and low parts is a battlement or crenelation. The high parts are called merlons and the low (...) (20 years ago, 25-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Very cool! The curved spindle railings as gun shielding, the 2x2x10 column in the spine, and the 1/4 circle curved wall are my favorite brick uses in the model. The tan/white color scheme is aces!
