  Small village

Hi all, This is a small village with a church, inn, some shops and houses, and plenty of life. I had the buildings laying around just waiting to be used, so I sat down a couple weekends ago and put em all together. The highlights include: church (...)   Re: What if Steve Jobs ran The LEGO Company?

Well, I still think the following would do well: a) An example of previous space series sets (as you suggested above, Scott) since it is good promotional material for adults who are interested in getting back into the craft. b) A MOC section (...)   Fun with Early Lego Patents

Hi: Maybe every one else has already done this and I'm a little late to the party (which has happened before!) but I thought it would be cool to search the internet for early Lego patents. I know everyone has used the Delphion patent server but that (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.general)

  Re: A hypothetical economics question...

(...) Yes, I do go to church on a regular basis. Of course some of my fellow congregants very vehemently deny they go to church. I happen to find that church is a pretty good description of what I go to on Sunday even though the beliefs of my (...) (23 years ago, 1-Mar-02, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Small village and Wilson's Chapter. Two birds with one stone

Chris It is very cool. The church is very compact though but maybe I just saw the wrong way. The big house thing is nice and the little houses are cool. I am still working on my village. While it has some great thing, like the blacksmith shop the (...) (23 years ago, 8-Mar-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Greetings from a fellow CNY'er

My pastor said it should be fine for us to use the church basement that day (Saturday March 23), although he has to confirm it for sure when I see him Sunday. Just as a warning of sorts, it's an old building and not as comfortable as most newer (...) (23 years ago, 5-Mar-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)
