I am so surprised and pleased by these sets! I'd thought for sure the Adventurers line was dead and gone. But they are back and in the Orient?! Wahoo! I read about this contest in the March-April Mania Magazine. Are any of you grown-ups planning to enter? or to help a kid send in an entry? Just happened to stop by Gamleys in Bromley today, and they have the new catalogue :-) Same format as it has been for years with 96 pages - and I was expecting a large format Shop at Home one??? I just noticed something. In the S@H catalog, the last sentence of the description on 6091 reads: "Includes four knights, the king and a beautiful princes." I'm guessing they meant a beautiful princess (our beloved storm) and not a band of unknown (...) (25 years ago, 30-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for the compliments. Unlike a lot of other models of mine, this one could actually be built (except with more "normal" colors). I didn't use any special pieces. Thanks for pointing these out. The caboose & hopper are a bit on the ugly side, but the other three look good. Actually, looking at www.lego.com its hard to determine what lego train should be available in the UK. Though the printed catalogue only has the 4561 express and rails, on the "european" web site there is the whole range of trains. I asked lego some (...) (25 years ago, 15-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
