| (...) Ummmm, I think if you use NQC command line, the counter only goes to 1300 or so. I wonder 1f RCXCC is reading the SRECORD file and padding it to 16384 bytes. I wonder if it is actually loading the old firmware. I wonder.... Cheers, Ralph (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

| | RE: How much memory finally? ADDENDUM
|
| (...) There is no user memory from 0x4000 to 0x8000 - It's all ROM space but it might not be used. I look at things in terms of replacement firmware, and the RCX is very flexible in this regard. The RAM for replacement firmware starts at 0x8000. (...) (25 years ago, 10-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

| (...) Ben, I have to go back over the changes, but does legOS sample at the same rate as the standard firmware? The standard rate is about 333hz, so debouncing would likely reduce the effective rate to 166hz, which limits the max rate at which the (...) (25 years ago, 25-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics)
